Product Repair Management for Repair Companies and Repair Shop

This app is for all repair industries and businesses with the Repair team inside to handle repair requests from customers.


Main Features:

  • Your Customers / Guests of your website can send a product repair request from your website and also attach documents / photos of repair images and files while submitting repair requests.
  • Generation of unique product repair requests on submission and record it as product repair requests in the backend.
  • Customers can check the status of all product repair requests submitted by them on My Account Portal page of your website.
  • Diagnosys of product repair requests will be created from the Repair Requests form and allow your team to create quotations from Diagnosys (Task) form and send to your customer by email.
  • Create a Job Order / Work Order from the Repair Requests form and assign it to the Responsible or Technician who is going to handle repair request jobs.
  • Repair Request Manager can configure Product Repair Teams, Services, Service types.
  • Repair Request Manager can configure Repair Products (Odoo Product model) and Product Parts (Odoo Product model).
  • Repair Request Team can add Product More images on Repair Requests form as shown.
  • Allow team and users to Print PDF - Product Repair Request as shown below sample.
  • Product Request User / Technician / Managers can communicate with customers using open chatter and fill timesheets too.
  • Repair Request Manager can close requests and send bills to customers (Billing from Quotation created from Diagnosis or directly from request form or bill manually created by accounting department).
  • Customers can give feedback and ratings for jobs done by your team for Product Repair Request.
  • Manage your Product Repair Request using assignment to the Product Request team.
  • Reports -> Product Repair Request in PDF and Product Repair Analysis Report Available.
  • Your team can view their Repair Requests on Customer form as a smart button.

  • They can create repair requests from your websites using form.
  • Customers after logged in can view submitted Repair Requests in My Account Portal of your website.

  • Repair Manager can Assign Repair Requests to Repair Officers , Repair Technicians and Team.
  • Repair Manager can create Sale Quotation, Appointment, Diagnosis and Work order from the repair request.
  • Repair manager can fill timesheet on repair request.
  • Print Pdf Report of Repair Request.
  • Role of Repair Officer

  • Repair Officer can create Sale Quotation, Appointment, Diagnosis and Work order from the repair request.
  • Discuss with Customers using open chatter or meetings.
  • Repair Officer can fill timesheet on repair request.
  • Print Pdf Report of Repair Request.
  • Role of Repair Technicians

  • Repair Technicians can work on the repair request.
  • Repair Technicians can fill the timesheet.
