Create account in apichat.io. Click on Free Trial


Copy The Instance and Token


Open Odoo and Under User Allow the Whatsapp Configuration Manager Access


You will see Whatsapp Configuration Menu


Create a New Record and Enter the Token and Instance you Copied. Click on Authenticate


Scan the QR Code and Press on Verify Authorisation


After Successfully Authorisation you will see the status is changed to Verified


In Invoice Form View you will see Send PDF Whatsapp


After Successfully Message sent you will see the Log Note Being Added


PDF will be delivered to Client Whatsapp Directly


You can Group by Whatsapp PDF Sent and see to which client the pdf is sent and to whom it's pending


You can Multi Select the Pending ones and Send Them Together


Same Send By Whatsapp Will be Visible in Sale Order


Sale Order PDF will be delivered to client


You can Group and Multi Send Pdf From Sale Order


Send PDF Whatsapp in Purchase Order


Multi Select and Send PDF From Purchase Order


Send The Pdf to Whatsapp To Client From Picking Regarding their Picking
