Loyalty and Reward Points

Generates Reward Points on payment done on invoices by customer.

We assign different types to customers and used different points & validity

Use/Redeem Reward points from Sales, POS, Invoice, and Website 

Assign loyalty Card number to each customer 

We can add any product to part of the loyalty program 

Add special points for customer's birthday, Sends an e-mail to customers for wishes on birthday and any Purchases

Sends loyalty cards through e-mail to the customers




Step 1 : Click on Redeem Points button.


Step 2 : Enter valid no. of Redeem points.


Step 3 : Respective value of Redeem points get subtracted from product price.

Step 1 : Select product, set customer and click on Payment.


Step 2 : Click on Redeem Loyalty button.


Step 3 : Enter valid no. of Redeem points.


Step 4 : Redeem points count and subtracted value shown on the page. Then validate payment.

Step 1 : Select product.


Step 2 : Click on add to cart.


Step 3 : Enter valid Redeem points in Point to use/redeem.


Step 4 : Redeem points count and subtracted value shown on the page. Then confirm payment.

No. of Redeem points, its redemption limit should be same as stated in customer's profile and Redeem points value should not exceed product price.


Valid numeric value for redeem points should be enter by user.

Step 1 : Set Price and validity of Reward points for each type of customer.


Step 1 : Set minimum amount of purchase to earn Reward points and select reward feature applicable product categories.

          Interesting way to attract customers by providing Reward points on deals. In this application, Customer earns Reward points on every deal. He can redeem that points in his further deals to get discount on his shopping. You can customize type of customer, his reward points, redemption limit and reward applicable products etc.

          You can earn points on every deal. Points get added in your cart automatically after each deal. On special occasion like birthday, you are gifted with some reward points.

          In every deal, you have option to redeem your reward points. You can redeem points of your choice without exceeding redemption limit of points per deal.

          On the payment page, you can see your total balance points.

          In every deal, you have option to redeem your reward points. You can redeem points of your choice without exceeding redemption limit of points per deal. Also you can check it on your profile.

In the pos, every time a sale is completed by selecting a client, the pos screen restarts, the detail is that it restarts only when a customer is selected, not when it is sold without selecting one.

please solve this problem

Point Credit does not work on payment options.

Dear Techspawn Solutions ,

I have some trouble about this module.

At the earn point, I found 'Point Credit Cond' and I set up to on payment. 
After applied and do processed on payment. the point didn't show at the contact page.

So, I would like to know 'How to config to get point on condition 'On payment'
