Yes, the app works perfectly well with Odoo Enterprise (On-premise and Odoo.SH) as well as Community. Odoo Online (Cloud) does not allow installation of third-party apps and hence this app cannot be installed on Odoo Online.

The Shopify Odoo Connector lets connect as many Shopify stores as you want with a single Odoo Instance.

Yes, you can export Products from Odoo to Shopify as well as import Products from Shopify to Odoo. If the products are already present on Odoo as well as Shopify, you can establish a synchronization between them using the connector

The connector synchronizes products by matching the Internal Reference field in Odoo with the SKU field in Shopify. It is mandatory to have a unique SKU or Internal Reference for a product.

The connector allows you to update price from Odoo to Shopify via a pricelist. You can set up a pricelist per Shopify instance in Odoo and update the price to Shopify via the pricelist. You also import the prices from Shopify to Odoo, however, the prices will get imported to the pricelist and not directly to the product.

The connector allows you to update stock from Odoo to Shopify either manually or automatically via a cron job. Stock levels get automatically adjusted in Odoo based on the imported orders. You can also import stock levels from Shopify to Odoo. The imported stock values will create an inventory adjustment entry in Odoo which upon validating will affect the actual stock levels. In the connector settings, you can choose one warehouse per Shopify Instance from which the stock is to be managed.

Any order on Shopify can be imported to Odoo if the connector has been configured correctly. The connector provides a configuration that lets you choose if you want to import only unfulfilled orders or fulfilled orders or both.

Yes. Your endpoint must be an HTTPS webhook address with a valid SSL certificate that can correctly process the event.

If you want to use Webhooks, you must enable the database filter. However, in the case of Odoo.sh, it is handled automatically.

No, there are no automatic jobs available for Shipped Order as of now.

No. Your Sales Order data once fetched - cannot be modified in your Odoo via Webhooks. It only gets processed based on its status (Completed, Refunded, Cancelled, etc.) at Shopify Store in Odoo.

This product could not be installed in our system. I have tried to get support in resolving but was denied. Odoo support could not help me either. I have tried to get my money back, but they refused. So I am stuck with a app that does not work. Do not buy this app, you will not get support.

Hello Rudy,

The reason why our connector doesn't install specifically in your Odoo environment is because of the Odoo Base module 'Delivery Costs'. Normally, in a standard Odoo environment, this module remains installed whereas, in your environment, it somehow doesn't install. This is clearly an issue with your Odoo setup and has nothing to do with our connector.

We tried to explain this matter to you several times but instead of understanding this, you were merely asking for a refund because the app doesn't install in your environment without understanding the cause. Had it been the case that it would be our bug which we weren't able to resolve, we would have surely provided you with a refund. However, that is not the case and since the issue is with your Odoo Base, your request does not qualify for a refund.

I bought this connector but it is not working as per my requirements, Problems I am facing I will list below, but the worst part is no customer support, I tried to contact them many times finally they replied that they are busy and they do not have time to reply us or give us support now.

Looks like all reviews are fake. I also contacted Odoo to get me some help from them but no use.

1. Sales Order creation is 1-way sync ( Shopify to Odoo) If I create an order in Odoo then it will not sync to Shopify

2. Discount Coupons Details are missing 

More Problems I will write down soon once I experience it, only If I will not ask for a refund. Or may drop the idea to implement Odoo being a pure e-commerce company and do not want to move from Shopify.

Dear  EmiproTeam,

That is the wrong answer. If your product does not work in my environment, it does not work at all and so I bought something I cannot use. Both my Odoo consultant and Odoo were not able to fix the problem. It is like selling a car and then tell the customer it works properly in the state of Nebraska and unfortunately not in your state (nothing against Nebraska!). The app is useless and I paid a lot for nothing. Explain that to the world.

As long as we are drawing parallels, what you are saying is that we have sold you a car but you are not able to drive it because the road is damaged and as a car seller, if we can't repair the road for you, we should provide you a refund for the car.

We encourage you to read Odoo's Sales Conditions as they clearly state that if our app has a bug and we are not able to fix it, then you are entitled to a refund. In your case, it is very clear that the issue is with your Odoo environment (Delivery Cost Module - Odoo's Base Module). Do you expect a seller to provide you with a refund when it is clearly known that the issue is not with the app but with your Odoo environment? That is completely unreasonable.

Also, don't take our word for it. We also encourage you to talk to Odoo their official support platform and explain them your case and see what they have to say on whether or not you are entitled to a refund.

Could you clarify to which point you update the module to keep up with the shopify API changes, as this last keep changing the API frequently, thus would i need to purchase the module after each shopify API change, or rather do you update the module regularly

No this module is not compatible with online saas, as Odoo Online (Cloud) does not allow installation of third-party apps/themes and hence this module cannot be installed on Odoo Online.. This module works perfectly well with Odoo Enterprise (On-premise and Odoo.SH) as well as Community.

My name is Ashley and I just wanted to confirm that your connector will automatically import the products from Shopify to Odoo and vice versa?

We have 400,000 product variants and maybe 10,000 top tier products. 

For example. A front bumper is the top tier product, but we can paint it 10 different colors, so there is 10 variance of a product.

Also, I need it to send over order from Shopify to Odoo automatically after 24 hours an order has been placed, etc.
