Module Configuration
After installing the module go to
Setting/users & compnaies/users
and then select user to give him the permissions to use generate reports
by add adding him to the security group by the name
Accounting Reports Generator Permissions
Over All Description
This module provide one view to generate all reports & to open it go to
Invoiceing / Reporting / Reports Generator
and then check on generate report menu to open the window as on the image
in which you can fine many fields
First : Report Type here you have to select the report type & then the other
fields depend on the report that you selected
General Ledger
Choose General Ledger in the report type field then add define the filters
to generate the report
Accounts : here you can choose accounts that you want to generate the report for ,
or you can let this field empty to generate the report for all accounts in the current company
Analytic Accounts : here you can choose analytic accounts that you want to generate the report for ,
or you can let this field empty to generate the report for all analytic accounts in the current company
Journals : here you can choose journals that you want to generate the report for ,
or you can let this field empty to generate the report for all journals in the current company
Partners : here you can choose partners that you want to generate the report for ,
or you can let this field empty to generate the report for all partners in the current company
Start date & End Date : To define the date rang for the report , or let it empty to generate the report
for all dates
Moves : here you can choose posted moves only , or all moves
Show Journal Items : by check this options you can show the journal itmes for each acount in the report
Account filter : after defining the accounts on the first field , this option allows you
to show all selected accounts or only accounts that have accounting move
Partner Ledger
Choose Partner Ledger in the report type field then add define the filters
to generate the report
Fields for Partner Ledger only
Group By : here you can choose partners or accounts to group the report with
Partners Filter : after defining the partners on the partners field , this option allows you
to show all selected all partners or only partners that have accounting move
Balance Sheet
Choose Balance Sheet in the report type field then define the other filters
to generate the report
This report has three main groups Assets , Liablities and Equity
Assets contains current assets , non-current assets and fixed assets
Liablities contains current liablities and non-current liablities
Equity contains the equity
Profit & Loss
Choose Profit Loss in the report type field then define the other filters
to generate the report
This report has 2 main groups Income and Expenses
Income Statement
Choose Income Statement in the report type field then define the other filters
to generate the report
This report has 2 main groups Cost of revenue and Expenses
Taxes Report
Choose Taxes Report in the report type field then define the other filters
to generate the report
Group By : here you can choose one of the following
Accounts to group the report by the Accounts
Taxes to group the report by the Taxes
Taxes >> Accounts to group the report by the Taxes , then make internal grouping by the accounts
