Waste Recycling Process Management with Manufacturing App Odoo


This app allows you to process your waste recycling using the manufacturing order after collection/picking. So once you collect waste items / materials / products from your customer then your team can do the recycling process using manufacturing order with BOM with specific routing processes.


Main Features:

  • Allow your team to create a process request for your waste collection from the purchase order form.
  • Process for waste and recycling using a specific workflow which allows you to create BOM and then manufacturing order with routing specified on BOM form as operations.
  • Using this app you will be able to process your waste and recycle it using a manufacturing / production order workflow which will allow you to raise work orders based on your custom routing operations for specific BOM you have created.
  • So the process of waste and recycling will turn into a manufacturing process at the last stage.
  • You will be able to specify *By products* during the process request of waste which will be used in BOM.
  • System will allow you to have BOM and Manufacturing order creation directly from the waste process request form.
  • It is Integrated with Purchase and Manufacturing apps.
  • Flow: Purchase Order -> Waste Process Request -> BOM Creation link with Routing Process -> Manufacturing Order Creation -> Work Order Creation.
