Easy Order with Payment Terms
This module enables customers to streamline their order submission process by incorporating payment terms. When customers add products to their cart, they no longer need to navigate through the traditional payment gateway. Instead, they have the option to use payment terms. By selecting this option, customers can promptly submit their order, initiating the creation of a sales quotation. Subsequently, the customer receives a confirmation message containing the sales order quotation number.
Note: This module is tested and working in Enterprise version. And this module is platform independent.
Key Features
- Simplified Order Submission: Customers can quickly submit orders without going through the standard payment gateway process. To do so, customers need to click the "Submit with Payment Term" button on the website cart view. From there, customers will be directed to select their preferred payment terms and shipping method.
- Sales Quotation Creation: Orders submitted with payment terms automatically trigger the creation of sales quotations.
- Customer Confirmation: Customers receive a confirmation message containing their unique sales order quotation number.
- If the customer assigns a Payment Term and Delivery Method from the contact master, it will only be visible in the website view.
- Only registered users can see these options. This can also be changed visible for guest users also.
- User-Friendly Order Management: Odoo users are provided with a user-friendly interface that allows them to efficiently check and manage these orders, giving them the ability to confirm or cancel orders.

How to use
- Cart view has been updated with the 'Submit with Payment Term' button, as shown below.
- After clicking the 'Submit with Payment Term' button in the cart view, users will be redirected to this page.
- Here, customers can select the payment term and shipping method for their order. Additionally, all the published shipping methods and payment terms on the system side will be displayed here.
- Customer Confirmation: Customers receive a confirmation message containing their unique sales order quotation number.
