too bad module
the only thing this module does is send a URL message which is very poor, it also has no basic error handling, I had to fix a lot of bugs to make it work but in the end it just opens the web.whatsapp page and it won't send the message automatically it just opens and you have to press send, I would like a refund but I don't know if it's possible, I thought I at least used or installed selenium underneath to make it work

Only apply these parameters
{name} = Name Customer
{company} = Name your Company
{website} = Url your WebSite Company
{sales_person} = Name Sales Person
Chek your template the Category Contact.

The versions of the modules are different for their correct functioning in each Odoo version, an Odoo 11 version will not work for Odoo 14 version.
According to Odoo sales policies, the modules in app store are sold separately for each version of the platform, with your purchase if we can help you with basic customization.

Hello there, we have duplicate the default "Contacts" template, only changing the new name, and keeping the rest of template. But it shows the same error "Quick replies: parameter not allowed in this template, {link_preview} {item_product}". The default "Contacts" template works well.

Difficulties like each user need scan from new QR.
Mass message through broadcast not good idea. this should be done direct from selection of contact in list view.
Send option opening new page of whatsapp , its not good, it should be done internally and show up min chatter itself.

The module works only in one direction, Odoo -> WhatsApp, allows you to send messages to your clients without the need to before register.
If your company allows, each seller interacts with his client through the seller's personal WhatsApp.
Once the connection with the client is made, the entire conversation is handled from WhatsApp.
