Stripe POS Payment Terminal
Stripe Payment Terminal is one of the module in Odoo which we can use for Payment by swiping the card using stripe terminal.

Payment through Stripe Terminal
- Connect Stripe Terminal to Odoo POS.
- Process Payment by Using Terminal Device.
- Process Payment by Swiping the Cards.
Test (Simulated Reader)
- login to the stripe portal and enable test mode then go to Developer tab.
- Goto Api Section and get secret key.
Access Stripe API Key from Stripe Portal
Step 1
- Goto Point of Sale -> configuration -> Payment Method.
Step 2
- In Payment Method Section .
- You have to create new payment method.
- Click the Create button.
Step 3
- Select the payment method Terminal->stripe.
Step 4
- Paste the secret Key in Stripe API Key Section.
- Enable the Test (Simulated Reader) for testing purpose.
Test with Device and Card
- login to the stripe portal and enable test mode then go to Developer tab.
- Goto Api Section and get secret key.

Stripe Location ID and Device
- Goto payments-> Locations Section ->Readers.
- Add the new device location here.
Step 1
- Goto Point of Sale -> configuration -> Payment Method.
Step 2
- In Payment Method Section .
- You have to create new payment method.
- Click the Create button.
Step 3
- Select the payment method Terminal->stripe.
Step 4
- Select the payment method Terminal->stripe.
- paste the secret Key(Test mode) in Stripe API Key field.
- Don't Enable the Test(Simulated Reader)
- Fill the location Id ( get from stripe portal) , Registration code(get from terminal device), and Device Name(any) .
Live Payment
- First you make stripe account.
- Login the account Goto developer. Turn off the Test mode go for live
- Goto Api Section and get secret key.

- Goto to Payment Section at Stripe account.
- payments-> Locations Section.
- Location Section->Readers .
- Add the new device location here.

- Goto Payments and add payment method.
- add stripe payments method to this specific shop.
- Save it.
