POS Refund Order
Key Features
- When the order is placed, the barcode is grant.
- That barcode is used for order refunds
- Users can see related main order or refund reason with the number of return products
Highlights
- After installing the app, go to "Point Of Sale" menu and start "Shop" start or resume session.
- here we are select product or customer and create new sale order.
- Click on "payment" button.
- After clicking "payment" we are redirect payment page select your payment option and validate order.
- After validate order generate a order receipt.
- Their are we can see order barcode.
- Back end side also set new field "Barcode" and "Qty Returned". "Qty Returned" field show retun quantity of sale order.
- also we can see pickings location stock to customer.
- Using barcode we can create return order set your return product quantity, set "Refund Reason" and validate return order.
- After validate return order we can see return ordr in no barcode available.
- After create return order we can see sale order in set return product quantity.
- Then we can see back end side main sale order refrance it's called a "Return Order Of", return quantity and Refund Reason as we can see in image.
- Then we can see return order pickings location customer to stock.
