3cx Odoo Lookup

This module look up incoming call on 3cx to query odoo Leads and contacts to provide client name and info from odoo

  • Go to 'Settings / Technical / System parameters', and add the apikey for autentication on 3cx.

Usage

To use this module, you need to:

  • require partner_firstname from partner-contact.
  • query database odoo on incoming call.
  • this require 3cx crm lookup to be configured.

hi,

for now we have no plans to migrate to version 16.

in the fourth quarter of the year we plan to migrate the module to 16.

hi 

i use odoo15 community , i nstall theis module .

i configure the apikey , OK , but when i test it seems the path is not valid !  

http://192.168.100.107:8069/api/3cx/crm     j’ai une erreur ‘Not Found’.

Hi,

if you have a multiple databases you must select on Odoo conf only 1 database. You try this solution, add database name in Odoo conf.
