Manage Employee Complaints
User can easily manage employee complaints and resolved or unresolved it.
Email Notification for Employee Complaints
Employee will get an email notification about resolved or unresolved complaints.Complaint Type Menu
Goto Employees -> Configuration -> Complaint Type menu in that user can create types of complaint.
Unresolved Reason Menu
Goto Employees -> Configuration -> Unresolved Reason menu in that user can create an unresolved reasons.
Employee Complaints Menu
User can view the list of employee complaints and easily create multiple complaints of an employee.
Create Employee Complaint
User can create an employee complaint and process further by clicking on 'IN PROGRESS' button.
Resolve Employee Complaint
User can resolved employee complaint by clicking on 'RESOLVE' button.
Email Notification for Resolved Employee Complaint
Unresolve Employee Complaint
User can unresolved employee complaint by clicking on 'UNRESOLVE' button.
