    Create An Instance

  • From Here We Can Create Multiple Store Instances.
  • It also displays number of customers, products, and orders sync to store.
  • Setup Credential

  • Setup store hash, and access token that you hot from your big commerce account.
  • And also set location for stock import/export operation.
  • Once you hit the save button odoo automatically sync your instance with store and import store location and images.
  • Configure Instance

  • From configuration menu you can set whether invoice created during order import, and paid automatically.
  • User can also set up maximum records imported in single queue. That way system doesn't take too much load at once.
  • Big Commerce Operations

  • From here user can perform multiple operations such as import/export products, import/export customers, import orders and so on.
  • Display Queues

  • For each operation we create queue that runs by automated action on every 5 minutes. User can also perform queue operations manually whenever he wants.
  • Handle Keys

  • From here user can perform operation manually or, complete queue instantly.
  • If queues is complete forcefully then all lines in draft state move to cancel.
  • Maintain Logs

  • During queue processing if any error occurs then it automatically creates log for that line.
  • Synchronize Orders

  • User can import orders from store by order status or in between date.
  • If user add more than one status to import then for each order status odoo creates separate order queue.

  • Import single order from store by ID or order status.

    Prepare Products For Export

  • Select product that you want to export and click on highlighted button to prepare for export.
  • Product Configurations

  • All prepare products will be shown in Big commerce product variant menu. Where user can select product he wants to sync and click on action>>Export to store.
  • Export To Store

  • After that set up options and select store instance where you want to export too and click on "Execute".
  • If you want to sync stock then click on sync stock option.
  • Stock synchronize is handled during product import and export. During operation creation user can enable sync stock option.
