Transport Management

Using Transport Management, Transport Vehile and Routes Manage odoo application you can manage transportation process of the sold goods. Configure Transporters and Transport Routes. You have to specify Transporter when you generate sale order and have to specify some transportation details about goods while generating delivery order. Once you validate delivery order then system will automatically generate Transportation Entry for the goods based on configuration. So with this app you can easily track transportation history of sold goods

  • arrow Configure Transporters, Transport Locations and Transport Routes
  • arrow Specify transporter when you generate sale order of the goods
  • arrow Specify below transportation details into delivery order:
    • Transporter
    • Transport Route
    • LR Number
    • No of Parcel
    • Tracking Number
  • arrow Transport Entry will be automatically created when you validate delivery order
  • arrow Separate menu provided for Transport Entry
  • arrow Start Transport Entry when transportation of goods is out for the delivery and Done Transport Entry when goods is delivered to customer, start and end time will loaded automatically on the Transport Entry so you can easily track it
