Send Employee Birthday Wish & Reminder
This module will add feature to automatically send birthday greetings e-mail to employees on their birthday and reminder to HR manager.
1. Configuration.
Simple configuration allows user to choose to send employee birthday wish email and reminder to the HR manager before configured day.
2. Configurable Email Templates.
You can configure the email template as you wish. here is the sample mails sent by the module.
3. Show notifications for Employees Birthday on current month.
Go to Employee profile and update Date of Birth field.
Select Employee Kanban view. You can see the Employees with birthday (current month) is being notified.
In the List view. You can set to display the Date of Birth field of Employees.
4. Add This Month Filter Date of Birth in Employees list.
Go to Employees view and select the "This Month's Birthdays" filter.
You can see the Employees with birthday (current month) is being shown.
Also in the List view.
