Key features
Flexible rule management
You are free to configure your rules the way you need in the most user-friendly way. Any
attribute of any object can be cross-checked against any other attribute.
Fuzzy search
The search might be as complex as searching for duplicates by string similarity and as
simple as exact match.
Real-time / Background search
2 search modes are available. Real-time search is applicable to drafted objects before they
are saved (in case the rule restricts saving duplicates, the draft will not be saved).
Background search is applicable to all existing objects.
Duplicate merging
It may happen that the original object and the detected duplicate have unique values/
attachments in addition to identical ones. In this case you don't have to think which one to
keep, you simply choose the values and attachments you want to see in the final output and
the merge function will compile the final object based on your preferences.

1. Administration
1.1. Create, edit and remove rules

Conditions setting. You may add some search conditions for a more precise result.

1.2. Activate, deactivate rules
You can have any number of inactive and up to 3 active rules for the same main
model. Continue working with the rules without activation until they are completely
ready.
1.3. Explore search result
All search results are stored in the database and you can always verify if your
rules are configured correctly and adjust them if required.
2. User functionality
2.1. Real-time search
The search is performed on the fly when the user tries to create or save an
object.
Detected duplicates are available in read-only mode.
2.2. Background search
The search is performed once an object/rule is created or updated.
Detected duplicates are available for merging.
- The user can merge up to 3 duplicates
- It is possible to merge only the duplicates of the same model
- The User selects which object should be considered as original
- The User may choose the values of original object fields from the duplicates.
The User may also merge the attachments by marking which files should stay attached
to the original object.
