Since there is no reply from you, I would like to explain my confusion.
We find two apps name as Pos Self Service and Pos customer screen:https://apps.odoo.com/apps/modules/15.0/em_pos_self_service/

We don't know which app should be purchased, can you share a demo environment? or your livechat account.
