ShipEngine Shipping Integration

Overview

  • In Sales Configuration, there is a menu for the ShipEngine Configuration. After entering the Api Key, select the api key related environment and Import the carrier and its service.
  • As per below screenshot, select the provider as ShipEngine and enter the details under the ShipEngine Configuration.
  • On the sales order, there is a button for adding shipping charge. Also you can use the feature called bill to 3rd party by enabling the checkbox as shown in screenshot. When this checkbox is checked, it asks user to enter the 3rd party billing account number.
  • When the user clicks on the Add Shipping, it will open the popup. Into the opened popup, select the shipping method and get the rate, it will give you the list of services with shipment rate amount and other details as well. Click on the Select button which service you want to use.
  • Shipping Charge is added on the sales order.
  • After validate the outgoing shipment, it generate the Tracking Reference, Label and Tracking Link.
  • In Outgoing shipment, under the Shipping Information user can see the label and package details.
