Insurance Management and Renewal Insurance of Equipment Odoo App
This app allows users to create insurance for equipment of your company and allow you to do management of renewals of insurance as shown.
Top Highlights:- Allow your insurance manager to set the insurance expiry reminder days that will send an expiry renewal notification to responsible users.
- Allow the equipment insurance manager to create and manage the insurance properties that will be used in the equipment insurance form fill-up.
- Allow equipment insurance officer and manager to create and manage insurance from the equipment form by clicking create insurance button on the form of equipment.
- The system will send an email when the insurance policy for any equipment getting expires using the cron job which runs automatically and finds such insurance and send an email.
- Allow your officer and manager to renew the insurance using the button on expired insurance so renew the insurance for expired insurance for equipment by setting the renew start and renew end date on the renewing insurance wizard.
- Allow the user to create and manage the renewal of your equipment insurance which has expired.
- Allow you to view all the insurance on equipment using smart button on equipment form.
- Allow your user and manager to print the equipment insurance pdf report as shown in below sample report.
- Purchase/Configuration/Settings menu: Insurance Expiry Reminder Days. The system allowed to set reminder days before getting an expiry renewal so responsible people will get notified based on these settings.
- Maintenance/Equipment: Create Insurance from the Equipment form.
- Maintenance/Configuration: Insurance properties creation and setup which will be used in equipment insurance form fill up.
- Allow you to manage the renewal of your equipment insurance.
