HR Expense Allocation

Using this module expense allocator can allocate the expense allocation amount by employee with product wise. Then amount will be deducted automatically by mentioning product and allocation record in expense entry.

Menus

It will create the two menu items in expense module
My Expense Allocation - for Expense User
All Allocation - for Expense Allocator

User Access

My Expense Allocation

Here, expense user can able to create the allocation request and request for approval only but expense Allocator can approve or refuse the request

All Allocation

In this menu, Expense allocator can view, approve, or refuse all allocation requests and he also can create a allocations for users

Expenses

When your creating the expense request, It will bring the all allocation records related to the product and he can choose the allocation record and submit the expense report.

User will able to view the related expense record in allocation record

In product configuration, Option to exceed allocation limit

If the "allow exceed allocation limit" button is not enabled, then if user give expense amount more than allocated amount ,it will display the warning in expense record.
