IndiaMart to Odoo - Import Lead
- Import Sync Leads from indiamart to odoo.
- Import Dynamically Set Interval Time to get Data from indiamart
- Import It will fetch all the required fields like contact name, email, mobile, phone, address, city, country, subject, description, lead creation time and lead unique id.
- Import Manage Multiple Seller Accounts and Fetch all the Data seller wise.
Login into IndiaMart site,Go to Profile >> Settings >> Account Settings Tab >> Click on CRM API >> CRM Key Generation >> Generate the key.
After Generate the key, Configure IndiaMart instance in odoo. Set Registered Mobile Number, IndiaMart Key and Other related Instance fields
After Configure Instance you can test the credentials and whether it's working or note.
After Successfully testing you can configure(active) the Instance. You can also reset(In Active) the Confirmed Instance
By Checked True "Lead Auto import" and fill Mandatory details it'll active Schedular cron and import Lead data. as per configure time.
After checked True Auto import it'll create Scheduler action and it'll active or if you update their details from instance it'll direct reflect here and based on cofigurations it'll import lead data
You can import IndiaMart leads manually, just got to IndiaMart >> "IndiaMart Operations" >> Select the Instance, Start Date, End date and click on execute.
From Instance you can see the related IndiaMart leads data, by click on it'll redirect to the leads, and you can see the data.
From CRM >> Leads >> List view you can filtered the data like IndiaMart Creation date, based on IndiaMart instance.
You can check all the import log, which date and time it's executed with date range as well as shows message if there is any error om import leads.
