Please find below reply for the same.
As per our understanding, you want to use the new release of List View Manager ver. 15 to Odoo ver. 13. But each module in Odoo is version-specific so the new release of List view Manager ver. 15 will work on Odoo ver. 15 only.
In order to use the new release of List View Manager in Odoo 13, you need to download the latest version of ListView Manager V13.
