Overview
Hr Employee Shift Management
This module will add and manage Employee Shift details in hr.attendance.
- Inside Attendance menu you can find 'Shift' menu.
- Here you can see by default 3 shifts have been created when you install this module.
- This is 'A Shift' if you wants to create new shift as per your organization needs, kindly take note that you have to create 1 record for each day as showed in the Screenshot below:
- If you want to create Afternoon Shift then 'B Shift' is the example of that.
- Here is the example of 'Night Shift'. For each day there will be 2 records as showed in the Screenshot below:
- Here you can see the shift for each attendance which has been set
when this view is loaded base on Check-In and Check-Out date & time.
- NOTE: By default we have set static 1 hour buffer time for allowing employee
to check-in early (eg. 15-30 min early) or check-out late (eg. 1 hr late)
this way if employee shift time is 9AM and he/she check-in at 8:45AM then
the shift will set as per 9AM shift.
- Here you can see below employee group we have new group called 'shift' which used to check which employee has worked on which shift.
- By applying 'employee' and 'shift' groups together, you can see each employee name with their shift detail and how many time did that employee have worked on that shift.
