Restrict user from cancelling Invoice / Credit Note / Vendor Bill/ Voucher
This module allows us to restrict the users from editing the Invoice posted , Credit note in Posted stage, Vendor bill and refund in posted stage and customer payment and vendor payment in posted stage therefore the reset to draft option will be restricted from user. The access for reset to draft a posted one will only for Administrator user in your Odoo Database.The user cannot do any editing in fields when a invoice is posted,When they click on the reset to draft button there comes a user warning message.Only administrator can make a posted invoice to rest to draft.If it is in draft stage the User can can edit in it. Same method is followed in Posted credit note , Refund , customer payment and vendor payments. .

Overview
This module helps for providing restrictions to users in case of avoiding editing in Posted Ivoice , Posted vendor bill and Refund , Posted customer credit note and in Payment and Reciept voucher.There users will have no access for making a posted record into reset to draft . Only Administrator user have only the access for it.
Configuration and Features
- Only one step to configure the User restriction. There will be a boolean field in settings Users as Administrator in under Others option.When we enable this Administrator field they will be having administrator access for Reset to draft and editing. If this field is disabled for a User they will be restricted for editing and reset to draft button access in Posted stages in Accounting Module.

Configuration
Step to configure the User restriction is disable the check box in Extra Rights in Users settings. Go to settings -> Users -> Select one User -> Check Allow Reset to Draft Option field in Other option is disabled..

Login as a user whose administrator access is disabled . When we click on Reset to draft button in a posted invoice we get a warning message as User error.We cannot edit any accounting fields in Invoice in posted stage.

In case of posted credit note also we cannot edit and there will be no access for reset to draft button. We will get a user error message when we click on it.

In case of posted vender bill also the user will not have the access to edit fields and they will not have the access for rest to draft button.They will get a user error message when click on reset to draft.

In case of posted vendor credit note also the user will not have the access to edit fields and they will not have the access for rest to draft button.They will get a user error message when click on reset to draft.

In case of posted Reciept voucher also the user will not have the access to edit fields and they will not have the access for rest to draft button.They will get a user error message when click on reset to draft.

In case of posted Payment voucher also the user will not have the access to edit fields and they will not have the access for rest to draft button.They will get a user error message when click on reset to draft.
