Auto Generate Lot/Serial Number in Incoming Shipment(Community & Enterprise)
- Need of this module: Using this module you can Generate auto generate Lot/Serial number based on Today date / Purchase Order Date / Schedule Date of Incoming Shipment.
- Lot/Serial number and done quantiry will be automaticall set in Incoming Shipment on Purchase order Confirmation.
- Lot/Serial number generation Sequence YYYYMMD0001.
- Compatible with both community and enterprise version of odoo.
Key Features
Auto Generate Lot/Serial Number in Incoming Shipment
Select product and allow tracking by Lot OR Serial number.
Auto Generate Lot/Serial Number Configuration based on the Today date/ Purchase date/ Shceduled date.
Create Purchase Order add product in order line and confirm order.
Click on the Receive Product for Incoming Shipment.
Check Here Incoming shipment and check the order line and click on the Lot number icon in order line.
As per screen once you can see Uniq Lot/Serial Number is created for a Incoming shipment and click on the Confirm Button. Here Lot/Serial number will be Create based on the sequence you have assigned in the Configuration based on the Today date,Date of Purchase, Schedule date of shipment.
Validate the Incoming Shipment and make order done.
Check View of the Lot/Serial number after Done Order.

Case:1 Auto Generate Lot/Serial Number Configuration based on the Today date.
Case:2 Auto Generate Lot/Serial Number Configuration based on the Purchase date
Case:3 Auto Generate Lot/Serial Number Configuration based on the Shceduled date.
