Manage/Restrict Email Followers

By limiting access to email followers in Odoo, sensitive or confidential information
can only be shared with those pertinent to the situation. This safeguards the privacy and security of data,
ensuring your business operates smoothly and efficiently.

With the ability to monitor and manage followers in the recipient section for
sales orders, quotations, and purchase orders, you maintain control over who
notifications about these significant transactions. This ensures that only the appropriate individuals are informed.

For example, in a particular sales order email chain, you can restrict customer email in
internal Email communication amongst the team. Similarly, all other followers in
the email chain whom you donât want to send emails can be removed from the recipient list.
