SELECT Time-off Configuration

Click on the Time-off Configuration to set default permission hours allocation.

The system will automatically trigger scheduler activity to generate fixed permissions for department-wise staff.

At the beginning of the month, the system will allocate permissions by default.

This specific scheduler will trigger every day at the specified time to report department-wise staff late history and the difference in hours and minutes.

The system will generate a detailed report of department-wise staff lateness history and the difference in hours. Additionally, it will generate a default message to explain to staff why their permissions have been reduced, providing detailed information.

If a specific employee visits their profile to check allocated leaves and permissions, the system will display them in a calendar view along with detailed information on available leaves and permissions. This enables employees to track their availability on their own and understand the reasons behind it.
