3CX CRM Template full integration

3CX CRM Template full integration lets you generate the CRM Template XML File for 3CX and implements all capabilities of 3CX CRM Template (Contact Search/Create, Call Logs, Livechat Logs)

Compatible with Odoo SH and On Premise versions


Configuration steps

  • 1/ Install the module.
  • 2/ Inside Odoo Contacts, click on the new menu "3CX Configuration", Generate the config file, and download it.
  • 3/ Inside 3CX Admin -> Settings -> CRM, click "+ Add" to upload the downloaded Template and activate the functionalities you want.
  • 4/ To automatically open the Contact Page in Odoo when receiving a call, go in your 3CX WebClient -> Settings -> Integration and tick the box "Automatically open contact URL when CRM integration is enabled".
  • You're all set!
  • Note: Call and Livechat Logs will be added to the contact's Chatter
  • Note: You must be connected to your Odoo to open the Contact Page. Else you will be redirected to the Login page of your Odoo.

Hi Phindara,

I just got answer from the Odoo Support.
You normally got an email from Odoo saying you can finalize the refund on the duplicate order page.

Hi Phindara,

Odoo Support told me they are working on this matter.
They first had to fix other things regarding "us" in their system.
Now that everything looks fine (and we can now see there is a Confirmed Purchase near your name), they told me they will take care of your refund.

If it's not processed during next week, let me know, I'll ask why. But they assured me it will be handled.

Hi, I got Odoo support on the phone, they are working right now on the problem.

I told them, and insisted, to prioritize sending you the module and refund one of your two debit. So it should be handled quickly.

Hi I have purchase the apps https://apps.odoo.com/apps/modules/15.0/nalios_3cx_full/ and I paid with my credit card it said Internal Error then I tried again and it happened the same.
But my credit card was charged twice $375.42 * 2 = $750.84 and I still cannot get the appsPlease help to refund.

Hi,

I have purchased the below module on friday:

The payment is successfully processed from my account, but while redirecting back to Odoo order page, it showed some error. Thus I guess no SO has been created against the payment. The payment reference is attached herewith.

Please check and resolve the matter.
