USER GUIDE

Step 1 : Go to Settings/ Sale and Select Delivery Method and Customer Address

Step 2 : Go to Settings/ Users & Companies/Users

Step 3 : Reload the page once done with the above configuration settings and you will see "Odoo WooCommerce Connector" in the menu

Step 4 : Configure your Instance by providing Location(URL), Consumer key, Consumer secret key, Version, Username and Password

Step 5 : After filling up the details, to check if entered credentials are correct, click on the "Check Connection" button

Step 5 : On successful Test connection, a popup with success message gets displayed.

This Module will Connect Odoo with Wordpress WooCommerce and synchronise Data.

Installation
Install the module in odoo normally like any other module

Configuration

Connect the backend with Wordpress Woocommerce Website in WP Site Enter the Url of the site with their Consumer Secret, Consumer Key and version To map the products ,product categories,product attributes,sales order,customer under the website connection switch to the Mapping Tab ,add the items you want to map to the banckend and to export the items later on Follow the given order to export the items:

if the vps it self is facing connectivity error how possible for an api to say it's true. i fixed the module the hard way coding but still have problems about syncing the orders and images. it's 60% functional after i fixed that api problem.

I offered the dev about three server, one of them is a test server. all of them were working properly since he asked for authorized editing. i allowed him to configure my server. and since then the server is facing an internal server error while he says i can't login to your server. i offered him about 3 different vps provider server. this costs a lot, so i delete all of the test servers, since he can't solve the issue, and since he offered a refund. we had meetings when he applied the traceroute command, and it seems the conncetion issue is on his side. the images he provides is after deleting my servers.

this module is fake, what ever api you put it says [connection test true]. when you place an order on woocommerce it's not sent to odoo. images are not synced properly too. this module need recreation.

Our standard procedure includes complete end to end testing of modules on all supported versions. We believe that there have been many times our teams have given out of scope support too if the client is willing to genuinely solve the issue. We are having a chat and Ticketing System in order to promptly provide support to our customers. We have sold multiple copies of the same module. The module is running perfectly fine on different configurations and scenarios all over the globe.


Now coming to the support that we have already provided to you out of the box:

1. Looking at your urgency, we understood that you needed to get this issue solved quickly. You need to understand that the module we provide on the Odoo app store comes with Standard support over chat and tickets. We have provided support in less than 5 hours.


2. Additionally we provide detailed installation instructions with the module itself which is self-explanatory. It is sufficient for all the customers.


3. The issue you are facing is because of misconfiguration on the Woocommerce site and it has nothing to do with our addon. After you raised the query, we tasted the same on our test servers and we found no bug within the entire flow.


4. After trying in a couple of ways, the team has found out that the bug was not in the module. but the issue was in the connectivity to VPS. We also informed you about the same.


5. We have extended the support mode to the Phone call which also we tried calling you to clarify the issue. But your service provider was blocking our calls. We also had informed you about the same asking you to provide an alternate number. You didn't provide that to us yet. We are still waiting for that.


6. We have had shared screen sessions a couple of times in order to understand your issue. In screen sharing sessions, we have shown you that there is a huge connectivity issue the VPS is having. We also suggested checking the same with the VPS service provider. But we got no reply from your end in this matter too.


7. Then we rested on a common agreement to have one more test server and test it for the connectivity. We were still not able to reach your servers. We tried the connectivity using 5 different ISPs from our side as well as with the proxy. But nothing was working. We spent days supporting you with our full strength. But you were not ready to spend on test servers. You have shut down the test servers even before we could start testing on it (Again it was a connectivity issue from the VPS side).


8. After putting in every possible effort, even if the issue was not with our module, we asked you for requesting a refund on the Odoo store because we strongly value our customer's money and satisfaction. But you were not ready to do that too.


Now pl tell me what else are we supposed to do if you cannot provide us with the server with proper connectivity for a couple of days? Our support is limited to the functionality of our module. Odoo issues are not covered under standard installation of Odoo on your system or on your servers. We have different support teams and packages for the same.
