Solution

The SAAS Demo Plugin can help any app owner provide instant demo access to their prospects by deploying a demo instance in a dockerized container using domain masking and providing a 1-hour (or more) demo instance for live preview.
The demo can be accessed only after the user enters the basic details like name, email address, etc, hence this gives the app owner user information that can be used for marketing and sales purposes.

Deploy instance in any Odoo version using Docker

Deploy the Odoo demo instance in any version using Docker, which is a popular platform for containerization.

Full access to Administrator

Administrators gets full access to manage all demo instances including an end-to-end monitoring system using Portainer.

Live preview URLs

Live preview URLs are generated from the Odoo SaaS platform, which upon clicking allows users to enter their details to obtains instant demo access.

Unique key to Odoo instance

This feature assigns a unique key to each custom module published in Odoo apps for the Odoo instance, which ensures secure access to the module.

Deploy on-premise server

Deploy on a dedicated server, whether it is on-premise or in the cloud, providing greater flexibility and control.

Each user gets a unique Odoo Demo Instance

Each user gets a unique Odoo demo instance with a unique database that is different from other instances, ensuring data privacy and security.

Import Custom Modules

Explicitly Activate/ Expire Database

Administrators can explicitly activate or expire the database at any time. Also, by default the database will be active for 1 hour, but the duration can be configured if required

Install or uninstall some modules to tenant databases from the Saas Master panel without affecting the database, providing greater flexibility in managing the demo instance.
