Very bad customer experience

I get  this module in december and never works well, allow me to sent menssages but never recieved them so if you are looking an app to hold a line of conversation with customer this IS NOT WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING FOR. even when cutomer service say i does. Letter on about a moth i pay for new suppor of two hours, and even now the module still not working. then meta change their policies and this just turn worst the situation. I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS APP. time wasted.

We would like to let you know that the issues you are facing are coming from the Chat API, which is a third-party application. This is a known issue.

As Meta has stopped services for all the third party API key providers, because of which the services of the standard API key have stopped everywhere, however we have resolved this issue at our end for our modules.

After reviewing your case with our team we were able to conclude below points :

As per our initial conversations everything was working fine for your module in regards to Chat API.

For your reference on 13/05/2022 - you acknowledged the module is working 100% in test server but is not receiving any messages from WhatsApp into the system.

After guiding you about the resolution through email, for the configuration of web hook, we had a meeting in which everything was re-explained to assure you that our module was working.

We have tried to provide our best support regarding your query, still if you are facing issues we will help you resolve it.
