Product/ Partner Forms Workflow (Confirm/ Cancel Rights)
Description:
By default in odoo when we save Product and Partners Master Forms, these Products/ Partners are created and available for required transactions. There is no Confirm/ Validate workflow buttons on these master forms.
Therefore iTech Resources has developed this application which allows to 'Approve' products and partners so that only 'Approved' Products/ Partners are available for transactions. It also controls user's access to approval buttons on Partner and Product Master Forms including 'Approval', 'Cancel' and 'Reset to Draft'. It facilitates not to share these buttons with all the users for better internal controls.
Any user who is allowed these rights on user form can have these rights as shown in the screenshots below:
NOTE: Product approval works on product variants, so variant feature needs to be activated for it to work properly
