Under User Settings, Select the Salesperson and set access of sales to Own Document Only
Now Open Any Contact and Set the Salesperson. This Allowed Salesperson Field will only be visible to Sales Manager
When Marc Demo Logs In he can see only Contact in which he is assigned.
When Creating Quotation Marc Demo Can see only assigned Contacts To him
When Marc Demo Created New Contact only he can see that contact
When George Logs in He can't see the Contact Created By Marc Demo
When George creates Purchase Order he can only see the assigned Contacts
Sales Manager Can see All the Contacts even if he is not assinged
Sales Manager Can Update Multi Contacts Salesperson with Multi Action
Add : You can select Multiple Salesperson that you want to add
Replace : You can also Replace the Salesperson and update with the selected ones
When Salesperson tries to Mass Update the records he gets the Warning
