Odoo Purchase Requisition Request By Employee and Users App
Odoo purchase requisition request by employee app helps to create a request for a user or employee to create a purchase request. by default, some default stages have already been added to reduce time, and users or employees also create their own stages as needed and need to give related access groups which will allow approving stages. users or employees can directly check the record by groups by filters.

Introduce A New Field in Users
Created a new user and added a new field in user and given access as manager.
Purchase Request fields As User
Create a new user and give this user, user access.
Purchase Request Field As Manager
Here, one more user-created and given this user as manager.
Default Stages and Configuration
Added some default stages and its next stage and given groups as needed to approving stages.
Added New Menu inside Purchase Request
Here, you can see added new model, and inside this added new menus namely request and stage.
Logging New User with User Access
Here, new user is logged in as user access and by clicking on the approved button this record will move in confirmed stage.
New Page Inside the Form
Added new page inside the form which can show about cancel and about purchase order.
Approved Request by Request User
Approved purchase request by request user. then purchase request go to waiting for done by purchase request manager.
Raised User Access Warning
When a record is in the approved stage and by clicking on the done button it gives a warning because the user doesn't have access to the approved this record.
Logged in New User with Manager Access
Here, new user is logged in as manager access and by clicking on done button this record will move in done stage.
Request Manager Have Not Access for New Purchase
Request manager have not access for new generate purchase order.
Raised Warning on Invalid Vendor
For creating purchase order first need to select vendor name.
Tree View of Request For Quotation
By clicking on the create po button purchase order will be created and redirect to the request for quotation tree view.
Form View of Request for Quotation
Here, in the request for quotation form view you can see the record number or its origin passed.
About Purchase Order Details
By creating purchase order its origin, user name, and date have mentioned in the record.
Cancel Purchase Request Wizard
By clicking on cancel button and specified the cancel reason user can cancel record.
About Cancel Details
By clicking on the button cancel request in the wizard it will mention the reason, date, and user name.
Archived Filter in Kanban View
Here, by clicking on archived you can create new record.
Vendor Menu in Group By Filter in kanban View
By selecting vendor filter it will filter out the record with the vendor name.
Cancel Menu in Group By Filter in Kanban View
Selecting the cancel filter will filter out the record with cancelled records with the user names.
Stage Menu in Group By Filter in Kanban View
Selecting stage filter it will filter out the record with a stage name.
Request By Menu in Group By Filter in Kanban View
By selecting request by filter it will filter out the record with request by name.

By selecting creation date filter it will filter out the record with day, week, month, quarter, year.
