Employee Disciplinary Management

A well-structured employee disciplinary system is crucial for maintaining a healthy work environment in an organization. Do you want to manage Disciplinary action against your employees? Do you want to allow your employee to explain their point against disciplinary action on them? This module will allow you to manage disciplinary action in your organization. Managers can assign disciplinary to the employees. Employees can give explanations against the disciplinary and submit them.

  • You can create disciplinary categories.
  • Easy To track the disciplinary through Stages.
  • A manager can assign disciplinary actions to employees with a description and a category.
  • Employees can give explanations with attachments and submit it to the manager.
  • Manager can validate or close disciplinary based on employee actions.
  • Easy to filter & group by disciplinary with different criteria.

Go to employees => Manage disciplinary menu and click "Disciplinary Category".


Here you can configure the category.


Go to employees => Manage disciplinary menu and click "Disciplinary".

Managers can select the employee and category when post disciplinary.


If admin select employee own records in the user setting then the manager can select only employees under them.




When employee own records disabled, manager can select any employees.


Employees can see the disciplinary against them. They can write their explanation with attachments and submit it.


The disciplinary will be moved to 'Waiting For Action'.


Now the manager can select the action in the 'Action' tab and validate it.


The disciplinary will be moved to 'Action Validated' stage.


You can group by categories.


You can filter the disciplinary actions by their stage.


You can group by the disciplinary actions using categories.
