Users Roles

  • 1 Veterinary Admin

    • Veterinary admin has full access to manage all aspects of veterinary management through menus.

  • 2 Receptionist

    • Veterinary receptionist has access to all menus except configurations.

  • 3 Lab Technician

    • Veterinary lab technicians can only display their own reports and records.

  • 4 Doctor

    • Veterinary doctors have access to menu options for animal records, appointments, services, doctors, reports, and pharmacy.

  • 5 Nurse

    • Veterinary nurses can access menus for animal records, appointments, services, and medical staff.

  • 6 Grooming Employee

    • Veterinary grooming employees have access to menus for grooming, types, and grooming products.
    • Veterinary grooming employees can only access their own grooming records.

  • 7 Training Employee

    • Veterinary training employees can access menus for training and training packages.
    • Veterinary training employees can only access their own training records.

  • 8 Pharmacist

    • Veterinary pharmacists have access to menus for prescription records and medicine records.
    • Veterinary pharmacists can only access their own records.

Dashboard

Static

The dashboard shows fixed data such as active appointments, total admitted patients, maintenance requests, doctors, nurses, and today's appointments, surgeries, available doctors, and available nurses.

Graphs

The dashboard presents graphs for quick reference, including today's appointment state, monthly appointment trends, date-wise appointments, top 10 grooming products, top 10 medicines, and invoice details month-wise.

Animal Management

Appointments

Appointments for animals can be created, and they are displayed as smart buttons with options like training details, grooming details, procedures details, surgeries count, prescription details, reports, and all invoices.

Medical history

Allows you to manage animals' previous medical history to easily identify current problems.

Disease details

Enables you to manage animals' disease details for easy identification of current problems.

Vaccination details

Allows you to manage animals' vaccination details for easy identification of current problems.

Appointment Management

Appointments

In appointments, different types such as procedures, grooming, and training appointments can be managed with a dynamic calendar view.

Doctors details

Doctors can be filtered based on their availability for appointment dates and specific days.

Nurses details

Nurses can be sorted based on their availability for appointment dates and specific days.

Procedures Management

Procedures

In procedures, you can manage treatment details, invoices, prescription details, surgery details, vaccine details, doctor consultancy charge invoices, lab test report details, procedures report details, animal hospitalization management, create next appointments, and total invoiced amount for all treatments.

Grooming/Training Management

Grooming

In grooming, you can easily manage grooming details, invoices, and grooming product details.

Training

In training, you can easily manage training package details, invoices, trainer details, and training certificates.

Medical Staffs Management

Medical staffs

The staff roles include doctor, nurse, therapist, and support staff with customized fields such as consultancy charge, personal and professional information. Staff availability is based on day, appointment, and animal details, accessible through smart buttons.

Pharmacy Management

Procedures

For each procedure, you can manage prescriptions, prescription bills, medicine details, pharmacist details, and track medicine intake.

Configuration

Reports

System allows you to manage prescription details, generate prescription reports, and print them out.

Surgery management

The system enables you to manage surgery details including stages (draft, in progress, complete, cancel), schedule date, urgency, tags, doctor and support staff details, and generate surgery invoices based on the case.

Room details

The system allows for room table capacity management based on animal admissions and discharges, with the option to set table charges per day.
