Auto Lead Assignment Odoo App
This module enhances the lead management functionality in Odoo's CRM module by automatically assigning appropriate salespersons to leads based on their stages. It streamlines the lead management process, saving time and ensuring that leads are assigned to the right salespeople for improved efficiency and effectiveness in managing customer relationships.
Configure Stages
Open stages of CRM as shown in the image.
User Assignments
Select a user that will be responsible for current stage(do this for each stage).
Video
In this video you see that the sales person is automatically assigned when the lead is moved from one stage to other.
- First we assign sales person to each stage.
- Then we move lead to the desired stage.
- Thus the lead assigned sales person is changed automatically.
