Overview

The "Hotel Reservation" module streamlines the process of managing hotel bookings by providing a user-friendly interface for hotel administrators to add and manage hotel details, rooms, images, amenities, policies, and bookings. It also offers a seamless booking experience for guests on the website, allowing them to search for hotels, view details, and make reservations efficiently.

Configuration

  • Once you install our module you can see "Hotel Reservation" menu.
  • "Hotel Reservation" menu will redirect you to "Hotels" list view.
  • Inside the hotels form view you can add everything related to hotel.
  • You can add the "Rooms" inside the hotels.
  • You can add hotel "Images".
  • You can add content "About" hotel, it will show in website.
  • You can add the "Locations".
  • You can add the "Facilities" which you are providing.
  • Also you can add your hotel "Policy".
  • For creating the rooms go to -> Hotel Details -> Rooms.
  • Inside the rooms you can add price, room capacity, room type, amenities and room images.
  • For creating any booking go to -> Hotel Booking -> Booking.
  • Inside the hotel booking you have to set customer, hotel, check in date, check out date, pricelist, no of people.
  • You have to select room you can set price from here.
  • When you create the booking it is in draft state.
  • Once you click on "Reserved" state will be change from draft to reserved.
  • Once it comes in reserved state you are able to see "Create Invoice" button.
  • Once you click on "Create Invoice" button invoice will be create for this booking.
  • Once the payment is done from the invoice hotel booking state will be change from reserved to "Booked".
  • You can add "Room Amenities" from -> Configuration -> Room Amenities.
  • You can add "Hotel Type" from -> Configuration -> Hotel Type.
  • You can add "Hotel Amenities" from -> Configuration -> Hotel Amenities.
  • You can create "Pricelist" from -> Confiuration -> Pricelist.
  • Inside the website You can see a beautiful home page.
  • If you want to book room you have to simply click on "Book Now" button.
  • You can see another beautiful booking page.
  • You have lots of filters inside the booking page.
  • We provide serach by city or hotel or neighbourhood.
  • You can set checkin checkout date.
  • You can set number of guest.
  • From the booking page if visitor click on "More Details" button it will redirect you on hotel page.
  • You can see all the details which we entered in the hotel is showing here.
