Customizable KRA Templates: Tailoring Evaluation Criteria to Your Organizational Needs:Under the Configuration menu, you have the flexibility to predefine KRA templates. This feature allows you to define questions along with their respective weightage. Additionally, you can include descriptions and hints for each question, tailoring the evaluation process to meet your specific organizational needs.

Locked-in KRA Review: Ensuring Integrity in Employee Evaluation:After employees submit their Key Result Areas (KRA) their managers, the records become visible in the manager's interface for review. It's important to note that managers are restricted from editing employee remarks and ratings. Instead, they can provide their own ratings and reviews, and once marked as done, the KRA is finalized. This ensures the integrity of the evaluation process, as no further edits can be made once the KRA is completed.

Advanced Analysis Reporting: Unleashing Insights in Employee Performance Evaluation:Our system a robust Analysis Report feature for Employee Performance Evaluation based on both Key Result Areas (KRA) and Value Rating. We understand that data alone is insufficient without insightful analysis. Leveraging Odoo's powerful analysis reporting tool, you can obtain desired formations presented in pivot tables and graphs. This empowers you to derive meaningful insights from the evaluation data, enhancing your decision-making capabilities.

KRA Overview and Employee Self-Review: Empowering Employees in Performance Assessment:Within the KRA menu, a comprehensive view of all KRAs, including previous ones created through the wizard, is available. In this section, employees can access and review their own KRAs exclusively. They have the capability to add their comments and reviews, subsequently submitting them to their respective managers. This streamlined process ensures employees have visibility into their performance assessments and facilitates seamless communication with their managers.
