POS Automated Invoice by Email Odoo App helps users to streamline their invoicing process by sending invoice emails to customers automatically. This app allows users to set up automatic email reminders for their customers based on time periods like minute, hour, day, week, and month, and invoices will be sent at the selected time automatically. Users also can choose invoice button operations like download invoice, send by email to the customer and both, download and send by email invoice automatically.

Auto Send Invoice based on Period
User can configure the time period to send the invoice automatically like, minute, hour, day, week, or month.
Invoice Button Option
User have the option to configure the invoice button option as download, send by email, and both download & send by email.Invoice Button Operation : Download
User need to select the "Download" option for "Button Operation" under the point of sale configuration.
User can see the payment screen with the invoice enable option.
Auto Download Invoice
User can see the invoice will automatically be downloaded.
Invoice Button Operation : Send By Email
User need to select the "Send By Email" option for "Button Operation" under the point of sale configuration if the user wants to send an invoice by email automatically to the customer.
User can see the payment screen with the invoice enable option.

Invoice Button Operation : Download & Send By Email
User needs to select the "Download & Send By Email" option for "Button Operation" under the point of sale configuration if the user wants to download and send an invoice by email automatically to the customer.

Auto Send Invoice
User can configure time and select periods like minute, hour, day, week, and month, and click the "START" button, and based on this invoices will automatically send to customers.
Scheduled Action
User can see scheduled action to send the invoice automatically based on selected time periods.
Auto Send Email
User can see automatically send emails to customers.
