POS Sale Order Double Verification Odoo App secures by requiring two different individuals to authorize transactions. If a cashier creates a POS order that exceeds the configured limit, it cannot be processed until a manager or header approves it. If a user attempts to reach the maximum order limit, the system issues a warning to prevent unauthorized transactions.

POS Sale Order Double Verification Configuration

User can select the header to verify the POS order and set the order limit validation .

Verify POS Order By Header

User can see only header can do the final validation.

Set Maximum Order Limit

User can set the maximum order limit for cashier to create an invalidate order.

Warning/Validation for Order Limit

If the cashier created orders which are above the number set there will be raised order limit warning or validation.

POS Sale Order Double Verification Configuration

Under Point of Sale -> Configuration -> Settings in that user can select order validation header in which define the users who will do the final validation.

Also user can define the number of orders the cashier can create which are not validated, so for example, if 2 is set then the particular cashier can create 2 orders, and then the system will not allow the creation of new order until 2 is created orders are validated by admin or manager who is set in the final validation.

Select The Cashier in POS

Added Products into Cart by Cashier

Cashier can added products into cart and do the payment of an order.

POS Order in the Back-end

User can view the point of sale order in the back-end and identify the order is validated or not by "Validated Order" checkbox.

Review Button in POS Screen

Manager or header can review the POS order by clicking on "Review" button in POS screen.

Verify POS Order By header

Manager or header can review and verify the POS order by clicking on "Verify" button in POS screen.

POS Order in the Back-end

Once verification is done, User can see the "Validated Order" checkbox is true in the back-end POS order.

Warning/Validation

If user tries to exceeding the maximum limit of invalidate order, Warning raised.
