CONNECT TIK TOK SHOP WITH ODOO
Integrating Odoo and Tiktok Shop is a bridge that helps businesses reach many customers. Odoo and Tiktok Shop Connector dedicated to e-commerce merchants who want to manage Tiktok Shop stores in the Odoo ERP software system
Utilities
- Create orders on Tiktok Shop and synchronize with Odoo.
- Synchronously update customer and product information
- Manage orders on Tiktok shops in a detailed and clear way.
- Track orders and order statuses.
Configuration
Users go to Tiktok menu application > Configuration > Services to connect Tiktok shop with Odoo.
Users enter the necessary information, then select "Authorize" to be navigated to the tiktok interface. Here, users enter the tiktok account they need to connect to.
Users need to go to the link https://partner.tiktokshop.com/service/list/ to log in to the Tiktok Shop account they want to connect to Odoo to get App ID, App Key and App Secret Key.
FEATURES
Synchronize orders
- Manual sync
Users go to Tik Tok menu > Activities. Then select the tiktok store and select Order Sync Type. Then click "Execute" to start syncing orders from Tiktok to the system
- Cron synchronizes orders
Users go to Settings > Periodic activities to synchronize orders
To view synchronized orders, users go to Tiktok > Quotes. Select any order to view detailed information about that order.
Update shipping fees for orders.
When synchronizing an order on Tiktok Shop with a shipping fee, Odoo will add the shipping fee and the order details line to match the amount in the tiktok order.
The Tiktok Information tab will return the corresponding information on the tiktok shop order.
Customer Sync
When synchronizing orders, customers who purchase those orders will also be synchronized. Go to Order Management > Customers to view synchronized customers.
Select any customer if you want to view that customer's information.
Synchronize Products
- Synchronize products when synchronizing orders: When synchronizing an order, the products of that order will also be synchronized.
- Synchronize with Webhook: If Webhook is enabled on the app, when creating a product on Tik Tok shop, it will automatically retrieve the product to Odoo.
- Manual sync
Go to Tik Tok menu > Activities > Select Product sync type. Then click Execute to sync the product from tiktok.
To view synchronized products, users go to Tik Tok > Product Management > Products.
Click on any product to view product information
Tab Variations: Tiktok product variation attributes returned by Odoo.
Product category
Users go to Product Management > Product Categories to view synchronized product categories.
Product variations
Users go to Product Management > Product Variations to view product variations.
Synchronize Warehouse
When mapping the warehouse under Odoo and the tiktok warehouse, the Logistics column will be selected to a corresponding warehouse under Odoo.
Then select "Shop Authorization" to authenticate and retrieve store data to Odoo

FEATURES
Data synchronization
Users choose to go to an authorized store to view detailed information about this store. Select Sync Shopee to sync data from Shopee.
In addition, users can also go to Processing > Shopee Sync to synchronize data from Shopee
Product Management
Users go to Products > Shopee Products to view products that have been synchronized from Shopee.
General product information tab
- Users select any product to view product information. The general information tab includes content
- Shopee tab: Contains information that the user has installed on Shopee. Here users can edit the information then click "Update on Shopee" to push new updated information to Shopee, or can select "Delete on Shopee" to delete this product on Shopee.
Order
- Order details
- Select the Shopee Tab to view detailed information on shopee for this order.
Customer
Users go to Sales > Customers. Then select any customer if you want to view that customer's information.
