This Odoo customization allows for the management of employee certificates within the system. With this module, HR administrators can create and approve certificates for employees who have achieved noteworthy accomplishments, such as "Employee of the Month".
Once a certificate is approved, the system will email the employee with the link of the certificate, and automatically generate a unique QR code with a token that links to the employee's certificate. Employees can easily access their certificates by scanning the QR code with their mobile devices, making it easy to share their achievements with others.
This module is a great way to recognize and reward employee accomplishments, and to keep track of employee achievements within the organization. With this customization, administrators can easily manage employee certificates and make sure that all employees are recognized for their hard work and dedication.
