Begins with And Ends with Operators for Search Filter
Overview
Both operators are used to fetch particular field from the search filter by entering the first two and last two characters. Begins with is used for the first two characters whereas Ends with for the last two characters.
How It Works

After the installation of this module, search for any modules with the Source Document in the Sales module. You can view the Source Document field with added values in orders in the screenshot given below.

As shown in the below screenshot, go to the “Add Custom Filter” and search with the Source Document in the Sale module.

In the Source Document, both Begins with and Ends with operators have been added as displayed below.

When you search for first 2 char from records then select begins with attribute and add your string and record will displayed as per image .

When you search for last 2 char from records then select ends with attribute and add your string and record will displayed as per image .
