Pick your client/partner, choose a date range, and dowload a zip with all your cfdi invoices or your PDF/CFDI validations for EDI MX
There is also a daily trigger that automatically cleans zips older than a month (Just the ones automatically ceated by the module). It can be disabled from the developer menu sections "Scheduled actions"
