INSTALLATION AND CONFIGURATION

This application is used to connect your odoo and access database and export or import data bidirectionally. Using this module you can easily syncronize stores by connecting with your odoo database.

This application provides the features for importing Customers, Sales Orders, Products, Clients and syncronizing Stockage.
How to use each of this functionality are shown below.

Install the module

Now there will be a new icon of the connector on the mainboard

From here we can create new conectors to syncronize the elements:

We create the conector with the related fields:

  • Company: The company in which the import will be made
  • URL: The address of the API to import from
  • Models: The model to import from
  • Usuario: The user who will login
  • Contraseña: The password of the user who is going to log in
  • Tipo intervalo: The unit of time that will determine how often a request is made to the API
  • Intervalo: How often will a request be made
  • Siguiente Llamada: The date of the first run of the import
  • Cron Active: Determines if you are going to do periodic imports

READING ENTITIES

The module allows the reading of the Purchases, Sales, Customers and Products models. For each of these models, a line must be created in the section mentioned above:

STOCK DEED

To write the stock, a process must be configured configuring the stock and the intervals at which it is updated.

API

Once the elements have been created, an API must be installed on the server where the access is hosted to allow communication between the databases, this API is the one that will serve the URLs mentioned in the previous step, to load the data. They are collected with JSON and the structure is pretty easy to build
