COVID Vaccination Information
This application is an extension to the 'hr' module. It will allow you to capture the information about the vaccination status of your employees and register it under their Private Information tab.
Key Features
Capture the vaccination status
Non-vaccinate, First jab applied, Second jab applied or Booster jab applied.
Upload vaccination certificate
A vaccination certificate proves that you have been vaccinated against the Covid-19 virus.
Print COVID Vaccination Report
From the employees list view, print a report with one click.
How does it work?
Install the app
Under the private information tab Select the vaccination status of the employee: Vaccinated / Non-vaccinated
If vaccinated, select the type of vaccine. Add the corresponding dates. Upload a certificate, Add the issuing country, Alternatively upload a certificate ID and/or a QR code

1. Go to the employee's Private Information Tab
2. Under the new section Covid Vaccination Information, add the vaccination status of the employee.
3. Fill in the corresponding information as per the vaccination status of the employee.
4. From the Employees list view, easily print a report.
