Will the module solve the issue of "Send on Behalf" i am currently facing? Now I have only one email address dedicated for Odoo. When the employees send email to the clients, they are rejected by the email server with the error "Send on Behalf is not allowed" becuase odoo is trying to replace erp@xxx.yyy with EmployeeName@xxx.yyy.

I have tried a lot to solve the issue but failed!!

Another issue is that when the customer reply back to Odoo emails they are also rejected becuase they are coming as ClientName@xxx.yyy

Will this module keep erp@xxx.yyy and add something in the body of the email showing that this email is coming from whom?

Hello Ahmad,

This module is designed for a little bit different use cases.

However you can try to solve your using a fixed "From" address as it is described in the official Odoo documentation: https://www.odoo.com/documentation/16.0/applications/general/email_communication/email_servers.html#use-a-default-from-email-address

We also have another module that allows to compose "From" address at a company level. You can consider it as a backup option if the first one doesn't work well for you: https://apps.odoo.com/apps/modules/16.0/prt_email_from/

Best regards,
Ivan
