Survey Invoice Portal Customer Odoo application empowers you to seamlessly integrate surveys into customer invoices. You can effortlessly configure surveys for your customer invoices and promptly notify customers via email, prompting them to provide feedback. Customers can conveniently complete the survey, and their responses will be associated with the corresponding invoice record. Moreover, you have the flexibility to update surveys on customer invoices. For instance, if you initially added 'Survey 1' and the customer responded, you can subsequently introduce 'Survey 2' by updating it to 'Survey 2.' Customers will receive another notification to participate in the updated survey, and their latest responses will also be linked to the same customer invoice. This means you can conduct multiple surveys on a single customer invoice, and all responses will be neatly linked to the invoice record

Add Survey to the customer invoice

The customer's survey responses will be linked with the specific invoice.

After a customer has completed the initial survey, you have the option to update the survey on the invoice, add another survey, send notifications, and collect additional survey responses.

All customer survey answers will be seamlessly linked with the corresponding invoice.
Survey in Customer Invoice
Survey is added into the customer invoice screen
Notify the Customer to fill survey via email
Using Send Survey button send notification email to the customer to fill the survey
Customer Invoice on Website
From the notification email, customer will be redirected to the website portal an then customer can start the survey from the website portal
Customer Survey on Website
Customer have started the survey, now customer will fill all the answers of the survey and click on submit to submit the survey
Survey answer linked with an Invoice
Customer's survey answer is now successfully linked with the particular invoice
Add another survey on same invoice by updating it
You can now add another survey on the same invoice by updating the survey on the invoice, just click on Update button which is near to the Survey in invoice
Update new survey on invoice
Select new survey from the dialog box and click on Update button to update it on the invoice
New survey linked with an Invoice
New survey is linked with the Invoice and Send Survey option is available again to notify the customer via email
