Mass Confirm Picking
With the help of this app, users can validate Delivery Orders directly from Sale orders.
1) Validating Fully Available transfers from the Sale order list view.
Select sale orders from the list view and then from the "Action" menu select "Mass Validate Picking". After that one wizard opens, and user can select Picking/Transfer type, here we choose fully available to validate only fully available transfers.
Navigation: Sales -> Order -> Action -> Mass Validate Picking
2) Success message with Validated order details.
3) Delivery Order view.
Now we go to the delivery order from the sale order to check whether it's being validated or not.
4) Validating Partially Available transfers from the Sale order list view.
Select sale orders from the list view and then from the "Action" menu select "Mass Validate Picking". After that one wizard opens, and user can select Picking/Transfer type, here we choose Partial available to validate only Partial available transfers.
5) Success message with Validated order details.
6) Auto Backorder.
Here we can see that system has created backorder for the partial undeliverable items.
7) Delivery order view with Backorder detail.
8) Forcibly Validating transfers from the Sale order list view.
Select sale orders from the list view and then from the "Action" menu select "Mass Validate Picking". After that one wizard opens, and user can select Picking/Transfer type, here we choose Force available to validate only Force available transfers.
9) Success message with Validated order details.
10) Force Validated orders.
11) Mass confirming even not confirmed orders in Bulk.
Select sale orders from the list view and then from the "Action" menu select "Mass Validate Picking"
12) Message about not confirmed Orders.
13) Message if there are any issues with order detail.
